The development services include design with 3D CAD, stress analysis using finite element methods, hydraulic analysis, materials consulting and project management. We can revert on many years of routines and extensive knowledge in the development of high pressure components for diesel injection.
Prototyping and Validation
We build and test your common rail solution in our own production. Available production facilities and test equipment - including a pulsation test rig - allow rapid production and validation of your common rail solution.
Manufacturing
We manufacture your common rail solution in small and large quantities and on a high level of vertical integration. Our production includes equipment for deep hole drilling, CNC turning and milling, tube bending, autofrettage (overpressure pre-stressing), electrochemical machining (ECM) and their associated quality tests.
